These Terms govern your use of Yoruki, operated by Triangle IT Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. By creating an account or using Yoruki you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Yoruki lets you send anonymous messages to phone numbers and have two-way conversations under a username. Anonymity here means other users don't see who you are. It does not mean no one can ever know: your account is bound to your verified phone number, and we will identify an account to law enforcement under valid legal process.
Anonymity is for honesty, not harm. You may not use Yoruki to:
Usernames and first messages are screened automatically; conversations can be reported and reviewed. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Recipients can block any conversation permanently, and any phone number can opt out of all Yoruki SMS by replying STOP.
Premium ($4.99/month, or as shown at purchase) unlocks unlimited messaging, sender region/country, read receipts and scheduled messages. Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play; subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies. Prices may change with notice effective at your next renewal.
You own what you write. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit and display it as needed to run the Service. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising.
Yoruki is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, or that you'll like what people send you. Anonymous conversations can be uncomfortable — block and report tools exist for a reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triangle IT Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for the conduct or content of any user. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
You may stop using Yoruki at any time and request account deletion via support@yoruki.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
